REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On June 30, 2020, Zymeworks Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will host a webcast and conference call on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 4:30pm ET (1:30pm PT) to discuss progress on its corporate priorities and upcoming catalysts. On June 30, 2020, this press release was filed with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities in Canada on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (“SEDAR”) at www.sedar.com. A copy of this press release is attached as exhibit 99.1 hereto.
